How does it work?

Sabby was the best! We had booked a few days in London and I was in a pickle as our airline had damaged my pram on the way. Sabby responded to me so quickly when I sent her a message about needing a pram urgently and was so accommodating, meeting me that afternoon and saving my holiday! She was always responsive and the pram was spotless and so easy to push around. My little one was very comfortable in it.
