I travelled 1hour to collect, so two hour round trip. Arranged a collection time and had to wait for almost an hour with no response to calls/texts. On return was kept waiting 10mins despite arranging a time and giving an hour's notice. The camera and lens were great but all in all a bit frustrating to wait around as I nearly left without anything.
