The lender was nice but the lens was not cleaned before I collected it. I couldn’t remove the UV filter so there was dust and marks on the lens for my shoot. Communication could have been better at the end of the rental too as I was left waiting outside for 15 minutes despite me messaging my eta ahead of time.
