It was okay! but wouldn´t rent from them again.

Let me explain how it happened.. I needed a hoover last minute due to mine dying when I had to do a big cleanup of my flat. I texted Genna and they replied very quicky and told me I could pick it up at 2pm. The information was clear and they were accommodating about the times I could pickup/drop off.

I was there on time and they handed over the hoover, made me sign a contract and pay 70gbp cash deposit. The hoover was not clean when I checked it + the tube had to be hold with one hand because it was coming off (I realised this when I got home)

I used it until around 5:30pm and went to drop it off at theirs again. When I arrived, Genna told me there was one missing part (which btw I didn´t remember seeing and had two cleaners to witness it wasn´t the case) Hence why, they wouldn´t give me my deposit back until I returned it. 

I went back to my flat to check just in case, didn´t find that ¨missing¨piece and then went back to Genna´s. Their housemate opened the door and apologised for being rude before plus saying those things about the deposit/missing part as they realised the hoover was handed in correctly.

Genna was a gem. Easygoing and accommodating.Prompt communication. 
Flexible with the renting conditions. 
Super smooth process. Would rent again anytime.
