Gear was all working. Missed essential item from booking which inconvenienced shoot day, collection and drop off not from Battersea where advertised.

The customer had only paid for 1x ND filter, which they received as part of the booking. Therefore, the second ND filter was not part of the agreed equipment to be provided for. The booking came through very last minute, while was already at work. The agreed handover location was my workplace, the equipment was already there so I was able to accommodate the booking at short notice.
