The legendary, and still sought after, 6K Dragon sensor still gives a beautiful cinematic image that holds up against any modern camera. Used on many Hollywood blockbusters and high end TV series, its hard to quantify why the image from this camera is better than so many others....but it is. 16 bit linear colour, full 6k 75 fps, 6K WS 100fps, RED's superb colour science, and the total post production flexibility of the REDcode Raw codec, If you want to make your production look more cinematic, then this is the best place to start. When these cameras fist came out in 2011, the cost of teh 'brain' alone was £50k This is a full kit that includes everything you need to get up and shooting with RED Epic X Dragon 6K DSMC1 'brain' Active EF mount 5" Touchscreen monitor with cable Top Cheese Plate Battery Plate Top Handle 3x 256 GB and 1x 128 GB REDmag SSDs (I have never used more than these in 1 day) USB 3 card reader 'A' Box for use with XLR Mics Spare DTap power cable Long Monitor Cable Rode Video Micro Mic for scratch audio (DSMC1 series do not have internal mics) Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 EF Mount Lens (Note, the Dragon 6K sensor is larger than a normal S35 sensor so in 6k you will see vignetting up to 24mm, so effectively it covers 24-35mm in 6K) 72mm Variable screw on ND Filter.
