If you need a much more compact package the camera can also be configured without the cage and v-mount adapter. In that case it will come with 2 BPU 96Wh IDX batteries and charger. Matt was incredibly helpful and understanding (especially when I needed to change dates a couple of times!) His explainer video of how to use the kit was brilliant and, as it was my first time using this particular piece of equipment, made a big difference to the set up.
