He got the pickup address wrong, forgot the gimbal's base so I had to drive back for it, only to realise a few hours later that he hadn't included the base plate to attach the camera to the gimbal. So not only was I unable to use the gimbal on the shoot whatsoever, I also drove 2 hours out of my way to pick it up. All this for nothing. I barely got an apology.
