Description
The Sony FX30 paired with the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 Art: a fast wide to normal zoom on a caged Super 35 body. It suits a gimbal day and low light, for a shooter who wants f/1.8 without swapping primes. Included: 1. Sony FX30 body in its Tilta cage 2. Sony XLR top handle, or a plain top handle instead for gimbal work (say which when booking) 3. Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art lens (Canon EF mount) with hood and caps 4. Sigma MC-11 EF to E mount adapter 5. 4x Tilta NP-FZ100 battery and Tilta charger set 6. Body cap and padded case Specs: Super 35 (APS-C) sensor with 6K oversampling, recording 4K up to 120p and DCI 4K in XAVC S-I, 10 bit 4:2:2, with S-Cinetone and S-Log3. Sony E-mount, in-body image stabilisation, RAW out over HDMI to an external recorder. Two card slots take CFexpress Type A or SD. The XLR handle adds two XLR/TRS inputs with 48V phantom power and a 3.5mm input. The Sigma 18-35mm Art holds f/1.8 across the zoom, takes a 72mm filter and focuses down to 28cm; on the FX30, recording 4K at up to 60p, it frames roughly like a 29mm to 56mm on full frame. Sigma officially lists single shot autofocus through the MC-11 and recommends manual focus for video; in our experience continuous autofocus works on Sony bodies, but treat it as a bonus. Condition: fully working, professionally maintained and used on our own productions. Typical light wear from professional use, nothing affecting function. Inspected before every hire.
