Description
A Loose Tenon Jig 3D to be used to put loose tenon mortices in the face and edges of 18mm thick boards to make simple carcasses - cabinets, wardrobes, shelves etc... Designed with 5x30mm loose tenons (Dominos) in mind, the jig will work with other sizes and material thicknesses, with the appropriate bits and plunge depths. The additional rows of 32mm spaced holes makes for easy shelf-pin holes Supplied with: 5mm solid carbide spiral upcut router bit in 1/4" shank [for Domino 5x30 loose tenons] 4.76mm spiral upcut router bit in 1/4" shank [for Shelf Pins] Not supplied: Needs to be used with a Plunge Router and a 30mm guide bush (See my other listing) I also have a Cyclonic Dust Extractor to rent
