It can be used with either traditional speedlites with a rectangular head, or speedlite flashes with a round head. This softbox features a hinged rod opening mechanism enabling you to open up the softbox in next to no time at all, perfect for times when setting up rapidly is a must. It comes with two layers of diffusion, producing soft, homogenous lighting. It also comes with a detachable honeycomb grid, giving you more control over the direction of light. Also comes with a handle - so can shoot freehand when needed.
