Great piece of kit. Lasted the whole 3 days in which we needed. Recharging it to 100% in half an hour was also great!

Incredibly poor service and communication. I was unable to pick up my rental but only found out about it half an hour before I was supposed to pick it up due to Miles being away and the person he gave it to apparently not answering his calls. Miles was incredibly unhelpful in figuring out a solution.

I have been using Fat llama for over a year and I have never experienced such a scary and nasty situation. From the moment of delivery “Miles” (who is not the individual pictured in the profile photo) was rude, condescending and abrasive. I arrived at the location he gave only for him to ignore me for 10minutes when I messaged saying “I’m here” even though he was standing outside to then reply “where” to then go and ignore me again. He then pops up at my window while my window was down literally in my 66year old mother’s face, causing her to be startled for him to not introduce himself, only saying “yeah” I then replied “you ok” while rolling up the window because we were genuinely scared. Instead of stating who he is he again says “yeah” I then have to reply “I’m waiting for someone how can I help?” For him to then just walk away and then I see a generator in the distance. He then tells me the generator has Petrol and he is giving me the can just in case, for me to arrive at my event to find out the generator is empty. I now had to travel to go and buy Petrol causing my event to start late. I then messaged him, as I wasn’t near the generator to ask him wether it was Petrol or diesel, as I told him before I had never actually used one, for him to then send me “it clearly says Petrol 🤨 read the manual”. So disgustingly unprofessional. The day of return he asked me when I would arrive as he doesn’t live local, I then replied should be in an hour-no response to confirm if that time was ok, he then responds with”why do I need to confirm, you didn’t ask a question, I have kids to look after” and refused to accept the return till the next day. 
I didn’t feel comfortable going alone so asked my boyfriend to drop it with him, for him to begin shouting in my face calling me a” liar, and silly little girl that he feels sorry for my boyfriend” I went to sit in the car waiting for an apology for him to then tell me to shut up and not talk to him. 

I have never been so disrespected and distraught in my life. 

I would advise using a seller that actually has real reviews. This was definitely my error.
