The lender changed the pickup address on the day of pick up, which cost £20. Both Atomos and FS5 buttons need repair, the issue is beyond what the lender described in the list. The lender offered the full refund in the return for the equipment, but he never refunds. Had to get the resolution team to involve to get my money back.
