Description
Budget photo space for rent! -Cozy natural light during the day -white bright lighting in the evening -( cosy table lamps on the way ) Mix of elegant/ vintage feel with a large window, 2 vintage settees, one in a zinc luxurious velvet fabric and the other in gold straps. Available also a green ballroom chair, green plants, clothing rail, professional dressmaking dummies, small coffee table while I’m hunting for a new vintage treasures. It’s possible to use other colour of curtains against the wall background as I have a long rail attached to the wall. The studio is in development as at any time I may get some useful items. This space is of 17 square meters - roughly 4 x 4 m, which is a half of a fashion studio. This space is separated from my design area with a curtain so you can do your own thing while I may be present in my space or out. The studio has a fan, steamer - iron and if you are in need of some wicked garderobe- you have a designer just behind a curtain so free to ask for some fabulous dresses to borrow ! I have tea and coffee here available plus a little fridge for a milk. An electric radiator is on. Communal toilets are shared as this studio is in a business centre. Ask questions! Convenient location in a business centre surrounded by local cafes, restaurants and grocery stores! Just 8 minutes walk from the Clapham Junction train station. Available for: • Photo/Film Shoot • Content Creation/Blogging/Youtube Videos ( check Heathrow schedule as at some times planes are on and off ) • Podcasts/Interviews • Tik Tok Videos/Social Media Studio availability from mornings to midnight ! Minimum hire 2 hour, £20 per 1 hour.
