I've personally had this lens for over 5 years and i'm always impressed with the sharp quality it achieves and the capabilities it has in low light at 1.4f. I've shot various music videos and photography shoots with this and would highly recommended either as the main lens for your shoot or that second lens to give you a varied look from your main lens of choice.
