Description
A 70s classic, the Gibson Marauder. At the time a "budget" Gibson, and since then the choice for the edgier guitarist - Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore and Lee Ranaldo, Johnny Ramone, Pete Shelley, Josh Homme. Loaded with a 70s Gibson Humbucker and the Marauder Single-Coil bridge pick-up. Honestly, I've never yet heard such a dramatic difference in tone between a neck and bridge pick-up. All the warmth of a classic Gibson humbucker to the cut and twang of, yes, a Telecaster. Incredibly versatile guitar. In great condition for its age, with very few dents and dings. Professionally set up. Happy to include a support pack at no extra cost, with: - Hercules Mini Stand - Strap - Clip-on Tuner - Cleaning Cloth - Complimentary Plectrums. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Iain was incredibly helpful, polite and enthusiastic, and even provided an extra bag of useful tools, including a clip-on tuner. The 1972 Fender Precision Bass and amp were in pristine condition, sounded incredible and genuinely elevated our rehearsal session. Excellent service all round – I’ll absolutely be hiring from Iain again.
