Description
A truly iconic Stratocaster. It doesn't take much to guess whose signature model this is. That bold "SRV" print on the pickguard gives it all away. A standard production model, but everything about this guitar is tribute to one of the greatest guitarists there's ever been. A lovely early-60s thick oval neck, narrow tall frets and a flatter 12” radius fretboard. A matching set of fixed pole Texas Special single coils, that really bring out the mids of Stevie Ray’s tone. Finished off with all that gold hardware – including the almost-as-signature left-handed tremolo (which feels right, immediately!). In great condition for its age, with barely a nick or dent. Plays beautifully. Just a lovely guitar. Happy to include a support pack at no extra cost, with: - Hercules Mini Stand - Strap - Clip-on Tuner - Cleaning Cloth - Complimentary Plectrums. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Iain was incredibly helpful, polite and enthusiastic, and even provided an extra bag of useful tools, including a clip-on tuner. The 1972 Fender Precision Bass and amp were in pristine condition, sounded incredible and genuinely elevated our rehearsal session. Excellent service all round – I’ll absolutely be hiring from Iain again.
