I ended up not being able to pick up the lens, and while I was hoping I could have some portion refunded because the location wasn’t revealed until after I paid, I understand it was in the agreement that the money was non-refundable. Despite that, the communication and service with the shop was top notch. I appreciate how much they were trying to make this work. If I’m ever in the part of London they are, they would be my first choice for a rental just because of the service provided. Easy 10/10.
