Description
The bench can be easily adjusted into 13 workout positions from decline to flat and up to a 70 degree angled incline. Thanks to a multi-functioning pin system you can quickly and simply adjust the bench position to instantly add variation to your workout. Use as a traditional utility bench in either the three decline, flat or the four incline positions, as a sit up board, or for hyper extensions. In just a few adjustments the seating pad ingeniously flips to form a padded bicep curl pad.
