Rented early in month cancelled over 48 hours before collection sent request Marty then didn’t reply contacted fat llama direct and didn’t get a reply so I’ve lost nearly £50 and it says I completed the rental. Marty was helpful at start got the money and didn’t get back when I requested a refund Becuase I didn’t need anymore
