Description
Gibson's J-160E, famous in the hands of both John Lennon and George Harrison - and the ambidextrous Paul McCartney. The acoustic behind so many of those early Beatles hits - and a fair few famous guitarists since then. An absolute original, and a beauty to behold and play. This one's from 1963, the year after John and George bought their first J-160Es. The same build and spec. Totally original, nice slim neck and low set-up, electrics all working perfectly. It does bear the dents and scratches that you'd expect from a guitar that's over 60 years old, but just sounds superb, whether plugged in or purely acoustic.
