A 1990 Gibson Les Paul Custom in Alpine White, famous in the hands of anyone from Lyndsey Buckingham, Steve Jones, Randy Rhoads, and Mick Jones, through to James Dean Bradfield, who has played his 1990 Les Paul Custom for more than 35 years with the Manic Street Preachers. An absolute beauty to behold: gold hardware, multi-layered binding to the headstock and body top/back, ebony fretboard, low frets, and a generous application of mother-of-pearl to the headstock and fretboard. And plays beautifully, Lovely natural resonance from all of that wood, beautiful tone in clean mode, roaring sustain in overdrive, incredible speed from the low fretted neck. Also, at the lower end of weight for a Les Paul, coming in at just under 10 lbs (a sign of high quality wood!). In exceptional condition for a guitar that's passed its 35th birthday.
