After a great 2 years of Shipment Studios we are now looking to rent out our beloved Studio to an individual/s on a monthly rental basis for £1000 a month all bills included. What is included: Production Room with kit and furniture included in the photo (Blue) with a Vocal Booth DJ Room - Equipmemt in picture not included. We are happy for you to customise this room how you want I.e podcast room, recording space etc. Office/Chill out room Outside Gravel Garden space with private parking within the compound. All Fully furnished with Sofas, TV, desks, CCTV All rooms are acoustically treated and with thick insulation and acoustic membrane built in behind the walls making it the perfect space for productivity with minimal sound leakage. This place is very unique and there is nothing else like it. Located on the outskirts of Bristol in Winterbourne, in a secluded and quiet area in the midst of farming fields and fresh air. This place is the perfect place for you to come with friends and chill out or have a mix & production session. Prior to handover it will have new carpet tiles installed, a thorough steam clean of furniture and clean of the inside and outside area.
