Before pick up, the appliance worked perfectly. When you called me two hours after pick up that the main adapter didn't work, I have driven over 50 minutes there and back to supply you with a perfectly working alternative. After promising to return this in the evening, I then experienced a total lack of communication before you let me know when you'd actually hand it in, the next morning. All within your right, as you are renting for 24 hours, but if you make a promise, please stick to it so I can plan my day. I am disappointed you are "rewarding" me with a two star review.
