Have rented from this place a few times in the past, and even with small issues with previous bookings, this was a good option. This time there was an issue with one of the flashes being an older, outdated model that would not pair to my camera and it was missing the correct connector for the stands. Also, the communication around collection was poor and it was suggested that a very small kit of 3 items had to be collected from 2 different locations across London at 2 different points of the day, and if that didn't work for me, they suggested I look for equipment elsewhere, 15 hours before a major shoot. Tried to resolve this issue privately with them over WhatsApp but was met with an argument and refusal to cooperate. Overall, a stressful and unsatisfactory experience this time. Will not be renting from here again, which is a shame as their kit selection is brilliant. The camera I rented this time was great. Their lack of professionalism and the attitude were not.
