Very communicative lender and great product to rent

Item was good, main issue was that you need a mat to use it, the ad said this was included. Despite messaging to check a few days before picking it up, the mat wasn’t provided when I picked the item up, and Nate wasn’t there, it was someone else who didn’t know anything about the mat, which I did check about before taking the item. The result was that I had to order a mat on Amazon price at my own expense. I asked for more time to drop it back and Nate said I could keep it one extra day. This was very stressful as I had plans that I couldn’t move so had much less time for my project than I would have if everything had been fine. Really not ideal and some more flexibility would have been much appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend working with this renter.
