Absolutely waste of time! I picked up the cleaner in order to do carpets in my home before moving in, and the machine was just out of order. So annoying!

Great machine. Steam water also included (a bargain). Quite heavy so make sure that you are aware that this machine is more useful for steaming floors etc. Nonetheless, you can take off the main triangle attachment and use the small nozzle to steam other parts that are more difficult to reach.
