Absolutely disgraceful! Had a big party planned for today and she only waited on the day to let me know she could not find it when she had the whole week to look for it.  Now I am without a Polaroid and this is gonna ruin the plan i had for the party. Very unprofessional. Do not deal with her if you want your plans to go well!!!

Perfect and prompt communication, flexible lender. 
The item itself was a bit disappointing as one of the velcro pads was stuck on the wrong side of the panel, so the lightbox was tilting to the left and I had to put some tape, which didn't look very good. A bit embarassing when you are shooting in the presence of the client.
But in the end, the lightbox did what it was supposed to do and I got the shots I needed. The client is happy with the photos.
