Rental was good apart form the octo soft box radiated a really unpleasant burnt smell. Made it very unpleasant to work with. If it had been my gear I was renting out, I would have discounted it.

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't 100% satisfied. The smell was from a shoot which included a bonfire the night before. I explained and apologised to you about the smell when you were picking up the item. You accepted and told me not to worry, so I am not sure why you would feedback after the rental is complete. I wish you gave me a chance to fix when I first pointed out to you.
