Description
The Rode Blimp 2 Windshield and Shock Mount is a must-have for any videographer or audio engineer recording on location, eliminating wind noise for clean and vibrant sound reproduction. Designed for use with Rode shotgun microphones, the Blimp 2 isolates your microphone inside the lightweight honeycomb structure to improve intelligibility and combat against adverse weather conditions. Featuring a built-in Rytocte Lyre suspension system, the Blimp 2 eliminates any handling noise for a clear and concise recording. The interior of the Blimp features a premium-quality Mogami audio cable which splits via a junction box to a flexible and thin cable inside of the Blimp. This helps to minimise any unwanted vibrations. You can attach the Blimp to any standard boom pole that possesses a 3/8-inch thread attachment on the base.
