Great communication and the equipment did exactly as needed.

Good, friendly communication. Easy to collect and return. Gimbal was as expected with all the accessories and cables required. Battery wasn't fully charged but I always check that before use anyway so didn't cause any problem.  Will hire form Arkam again.

Arkam was very responsive and helped me out of a jam with a very last minute rental. Super helpful and communicative, would recommend to anyone who needs a rental.
