Theo bent over backwards. I was in France for a festival and arranged for a London artist to courier the drone. All the complications of pickup and delivery were dealt with and I consider Theo did more than one would normally expect to help make it all happen. The Mavic Pro was flawless and awesome, came with two batteries, extra props (not needed) and a 128gb SD card. Good communication and highly recommended.
