Description
This is the Tascam DR-70d 4-channel field sound recorder, with required basic kit and case. The DR-70d is a reliable, solid recorder with perfect sound quality and ease of use, in a form-factor suited to use with DSLR / mirrorless cameras for video, or personal use by a separate sound recordist. The recorder allows 2x XLR or 1/2" jack input and stereo 1/4" jack input, as well as dedicated camera in and out and line out sockets. This is a highly accessible, easy to use professional field recorder, with simple and clear menu navigation and physical gain and phantom power controls for each channel. I am an active filmmaker, and maintain all equipment to an impeccable standard, with secure, dry storage and careful maintenance. Kit includes: Soft carry case XLR cable Camera jack cable Micro USB cable 4x Duracell Rechargeable Pro AA batteries and charger SD cards are NOT included with hire, as it usually preferable that these be retained by the hirer. The recorder does not require high speed SD cards, and will work with almost any card formatted in the recorder. The recorder can be powered with the micro USB cable and a standard 5v phone charger or USB socket for fixed applications. However, the rechargeable batteries included provide sufficient power for most applications, and can be substituted with regular AA batteries if necessary. DELIVERY: free within 10 miles of Leeds or Wakefield, further at tax mileage rates (45p/mile) round trip - courier postage at cost may be acceptable by agreement.
