I work full-time and am also a freelance videographer and content creator. Alongside my full-time job in the tech sector, lending on Fat Llama is a part-time business. When I’m not using my equipment, I prefer to rent it out so that others can make use of it.

The pickup/drop-off times are as follows:

Tottenham Court Road (Dean Street): 8:00 AM–10:00 AM, 3:00 PM–4:00 PM, and 6:30 PM–8:30 PM
All other locations mentioned in the last paragraph: 8:00 AM–10:00 AM and 6:30 PM–8:30 PM

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

→	If the renter does not pay or start the verification process within 6 hours of acceptance, the request will be cancelled and made available to the next customer. It is the renter’s responsibility to complete the verification process on time. 

→ The renter must check availability before booking, as last-minute bookings cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended to book at least 24 hours in advance of the rental start time.

→	Pickup times and locations must be agreed upon and communicated 12 hours before the rental begins. Pickup and drop-off details, including location, need to be finalized before booking. From Tuesday to Saturday, preferred pickup and drop-off times are between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. from locations mentioned in the last paragraph. Pickup or drop-off at Dean Street, Soho, between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. is available but must be arranged beforehand. I am more flexible on Mondays and Sundays.

→	According to Fat Llama’s rental policy, a one-day rental is up to 24 hours. If your rental exceeds 24 hours, consider booking two days unless specified otherwise. Late returns without prior agreement may incur additional fees. Punctuality is important. If we agree on a pickup or return time at 10:00 a.m., that means 10:00 a.m. sharp. A delay or early arrival within 10-15 minutes may be acceptable, but anything beyond that might result in extra charges or a late fee. Due to tight schedules, I cannot accommodate borrowers arriving hours later than the agreed time due to my own nature of work and other commitments. If unavoidable circumstances prevent meeting the deadline, we can set a new one amicably if arranged in advance. 

→	It is the renter’s responsibility to inspect all items and their condition during pickup and upon return. 

→	The equipment can be picked up from stations, including all on Oxford Street, such as Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Hanover Square, Bond Street, Holborn, Liverpool Street, Mile End, Aldgate East, Whitechapel, Stratford, Manor Park, Custom House, and Canning Town. Delivery within zones 1-3 to easily accessible stations is possible with mutually agreed timings. Please inquire about delivery options in advance
