I have various bits I would be happy to hire out. We are 2 mins walk from Hertford North train station or an easy drive 20 mins North of London and close to the A10 and A1(M). For water based items, we are really close to some great stretches of river in Hertford and others close by (Lea Valley) plus more I can recommend/advise.
