	• I don't deliver/collect .
		○ But I do accept using empty taxis as couriers for hassle-free handovers [read below].

	• Please message me BEFORE making a booking to check availability. Items are not only listed on this site!
	• I will be happy to custom quote any combination of listings and/or rentals 2 days+
	• One 'day' is 24hrs after pick up.
	• Address provided once request has been approved.
	• I can't answer any questions relating to this web site, only my own kit. 
		○ For verification, fees, cancellations, etc- you must contact Fat Llama directly.

Whether you're a seasoned borrower or a complete first timer here, please quickly read the below as they answer the questions I get most often

Making requests:
	If you're very new to Fat Lama, best head over to the FAQs so you understand how this peer-to-peer lending site works. It'll be up there in the top right corner under 'About'…
	Please message me before you make a request for any listing to check availability. If you book without checking, I will need to ask that you accommodate my schedule.
	Please make sure the equipment meets your needs- I can't help later if you order something you can't use if you don't read the listing or ask about it first
	When you receive approval for a booking, you will be able to access my phone number and I will send you my full address. 
	If you no longer need something, please cancel it via Fat Lama directly
Where and when:
	I am based in the London N4 area- that's sort of in between Finsbury Park and Crouch End
	I don't deliver or collect, sorry
	But I am happy to send or receive goods in Uber cars without you needing to be with it*
	A 'day's rental' is officially 24hrs between collection and return times but I aim to be as flexible as possible to help both of us out. I only insist on strict times when someone else is expecting the kit after you
	If you take any item for longer due to my availability, you will not be charged for any additional days of course
	On weekdays I avoid handovers between 1pm and 5pm but we can arrange a specific handover time around that
	On Weekends my handover times are 10am-12midday or 6pm-8pm, both days
 My listings:
	The listings are written in detail to help you understand what you are renting, please read these before getting in touch or placing a booking. 
	It's worth looking through all my listings. There is almost always a package that saves you money and you might save having to use multiple lenders
	I can create custom quotes for you if you want to tweak any rental to your exact needs
	
Lastly:
	Things do go wrong, and stuff happens. Please just keep good communication if things don't quite go as planned. 


	*Uber Use [or any taxi/courier company] without your presence MUST be one you hold an account for. NO cash rides or anonymous taxis, including hailed London Taxis. Note: once collected and until returned, you are responsible for all equipment, and that includes any journeys.
