Please always double check availability before booking with us, all kit is on multiple platforms and We're unable to keep all kit calendars up to date all the time. Help us avoid cancellations by double checking availability! Regular offenders risk being blacklisted. 

⏳24 HOUR RENTAL PERIODS⏳
We run on an 24 hour time period for all rentals, each day starts from the time picked up.
For example - If you pick up at 9AM on the 1st you’ll need to return he kit back by 9AM on the 2nd. The same principle runs for multi-day hires.

We take and hold all details until the kit is returned, this is then deleted in keeping with GDPR regulations.

We have two locations one 5 Mins from Bermondsey tube station the other a 5 minute walk from South Wimbledon station on the northern line. 

❌ CANCELLATIONS ❌
Cancellations affects our lender status on this platform, We will have to accept any booking whether the item is available or not in order to preserve my lender status. If an item is NOT available, you will then have a choice to cancel the item your end or we will have to refund you at a 50% loss. This will automatically mean you will be blacklisted from our service, costing you more with other lenders in future.

Please be assured that all equipment is checked and tested pre and post hire. All equipment is photographed and labeled. Please do not remove any labels under any circumstances. We expect to all equipment to be returned in the same condition that it was hired in.
