We do not work from home, so we have set opening and closing times:

MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 6PM
SATURDAYS & SUNDAY - CLOSED

TERMS & CONDITIONS‼️

1. Any collections or returns outside of these hours must be communicated in advance and agreed upon. A fee of £20 per hour will apply.

2. We completely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise that may disrupt your plans, but we kindly ask that you respect and adhere to our working hours.

2.1 Weekend rentals are charged 1.5x as we are closed on Sundays.

3. A full additional day's charge will apply for returns made more than 2 hours late.

4. Collections made from 9am onwards can be returned by 9am the following day.

5. Thank you for accepting the terms and for your understanding.

6. Please handle the equipment with care and make sure it is returned in the same way it was collected.
