Conference and Meetup event, Business to business videographer. 
I'm based in Croydon. 
My address is a 10-minute walk from East Croydon Station or a 4-minute walk from Sandilands tram stop. There are parking spots available in front of 10 Elgin Road (CR0 6XA) if you're driving. 

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. 

RULES:
- Pickup and drop off is MOSTLY possible between 9am and 9pm. 

- ID is required for first-time borrowers. (real, official ID; like Passport, Driving license, NOT a photocopy, NOT a picture on your phone)

- I will only hand over items to the account holder.

- I do NOT send items by courier.

- Handovers will be recorded on CCTV.

- One day rental means 24 hours or less.


All equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and tested before and after each rental. ( I'm not giving broken gear to you! )

Please be mindful of social distancing when collecting your gear, and avoid littering.

If you have any specific questions about the equipment, feel free to ask. 

However, please avoid asking generic questions that can be easily found elsewhere online. 

I receive many enquiries and handovers daily, so let's make the process as efficient as possible. 

Also, please keep in mind that disruptions after 8 pm should be notified via text. 

Disclaimers and Rules:

Always double-check the availability and specifications of the equipment before booking.
Please ensure that all items are present and accurately match their description upon collection.
Please research or have experience in using the equipment before borrowing. Contact me if you have any issues, and I'll only release the items if I'm sure they're in good working order.
All equipment is for personal collection and drop-off only, unless delivery is pre-agreed and paid.
Please be punctual and double-check all components before returning the gear. Take a clear picture of the equipment before using it and use it as a reference when returning the items. Send me the images for confirmation. 
Late returns will incur an EXTRA DAY's charge, and penalties will apply if not paid.
Lenders will never reveal their address until a booking is confirmed, and borrowers must book through Hygglo for protection. Bookings and verifications can take some time, so please be patient.
Cancellations are the borrower's responsibility, and I will not lose valuable points because of a cancellation. Please speak to the team to cancel, but bear in mind that late cancellations may incur a fee. I may offer a credit note for future hires in place of a cancellation fee.

Aggressive behavior is not tolerated, and I will not release items until the booking is secure, regardless of how late you are.

Some devices may be marked and/or tracked electronically.
