Lender does not communicate clearly, ignores messages and tried to switch an item to lend, an inferior item completely out of the list.

Hired the Fujifilm X100VI for one day and had such a great experience from start to finish. The rental process was smooth and easy, and the lady who helped me was genuinely so polite and welcoming.  The camera itself was in perfect condition — spotless, fully charged, and ready to shoot immediately. It performed beautifully all day and was an absolute dream to use. I rented the canon g7x for a holiday and it was sooo nice the pics came out amazing but what elevated the whole experience was the seller. She  was absolutely lovely, very helpful, and made everything soooo easy. If you’re debating whether or not to rent from her, TRUST ME, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed, neither with the camera nor with the seller. Highly recommend!

I recently rented the Canon G7 X, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish.
