First experience on the platform and unfortunately not a positive one. Arrived on time to pick up but had to keep ringing the doorbell to get another flat mate to eventually answer. When I eventually got around to using the decks the power cable supplied was the wrong one. Mistakes happen and that’s all fair enough so I arranged to drop the decks off and that be the point to check and discuss it. Arrived as agreed but Marley was not in so after some persistent door bell ringing again had to get another annoyed flat mate to answer and take the decks in. Last point is that the decks were pretty grimy so I had to clean them up which annoyingly was before I knew about the wrong cable. As I say accidents happen but all in all felt a bit chaotic.
