I'm quite surprised by this, as we remained in communication with you throughout the process and ensured you were kept informed regarding the situation that had occurred, which was outside our control, and had given you more than enough notice, and you were understanding of it. We had offered an alternative option, however you decided the best option was to cancel the rental instead.
