Cool guy, but I would not rent from him again. My second camera went to service, so I needed a second camera for back up, renting process was difficult as he got quite few questions like: where you will use it, what is your instagram, what is the location of the event and so on. Then even though in his advert says delivery in London he asked me additional £5 for the “delivery fee” to meet me in the front of the underground station. He was late 30 minutes which by caused inconvenience to my schedule with client. In the I end up not even using the camera (which was in my possession for 5 hours) in top off all this I ask him to send the extra £5 on the rental platform took ages to come to conclusion that he needs to cancel the rental then send me new request for payment. End up transferring £5 by Bank. Way too many unnecessary things. Not happy with his service at all.
