Wanted to speak over text so he could not reply when it came to returns he didn’t reply and tried to charge me more. Wanted to then meet in person to talk about “money owed” and “sorting it in real life”. Was then rude to my girlfriend and kept emphasising that wouldn’t accept a courier to take it to him and wanted her “to come herself in real life”. This man was paranoid, tried to hustle money from the wrong people here. Be aware, very ominous. But, the camera did work.

James delayed the return and became extremely rude and aggressive when I asked for him to pay the late fee on Hygglo and return the camera in person, as the trust had eroded. I am now having to deal with his slander as he fabricates quotes in his of review of me and created false scenarios . I will never rent to him again, as this is a huge headache, and now I'm having to raise a defamation case with Hygglo. Renting to him is a nightmare, do not recommend. Naturally I have evidence of everything in the conversation.
