Description

DZOFilm Arcana 45mm T2.1 anamorphic lens hire in London — 1.5x squeeze, full-frame coverage, PL mount. Available to hire in central London. The 45 is the one that stays on the camera. With the 1.5x squeeze it reads horizontally like a 30mm spherical, which lands right in the range where dialogue and coverage live — close enough for a two-shot, wide enough to keep the location in play. If you are hiring a single Arcana rather than the set, this is usually the one to take. It is the least specialised focal length in the range and the hardest to get wrong. WHAT'S INCLUDED The lens with front and rear caps and a padded pouch. Lens hoods aren't included as standard — most shoots don't use them and they're the item most often lost. Ask when you book and I'll add one at no charge. SPECS Focal length: 45mm Aperture: T2.1 Squeeze: 1.5x Coverage: full-frame / VV Mount: PL Build: hybrid anamorphic, cine housing with geared focus and iris WHAT PEOPLE HIRE IT FOR Dialogue and two-shots. Documentary and interview. Music videos. Commercials. Brand films. Any London shoot wanting anamorphic character on the workhorse focal length rather than only on the showy ones. MOUNTING Native PL. For Sony E, Canon RF or L-mount, add a PL adapter. THE FULL SET I list the 32, 45 and 75 together as a three-lens set, which comes in cheaper than hiring them individually. PACKING This anamorphic lens hire in London goes out in a hard case or padded bag. Ask for specific packing when you book.
