Atomos Ninja Ultra hire in London — a 5.2-inch HDR monitor-recorder, available in central London. Two problems solved by one box. Camera screens are too small and too dim to judge exposure on location, and internal recording is capped by whatever card you brought. The Ninja Ultra gives you a 1000-nit 5.2-inch panel you can read in daylight, and records ProRes straight to an SSD so a long take doesn't end early. It's also how a client sees what you're seeing. A director looking over your shoulder at a 3-inch rear screen is guessing; on this they can actually judge the frame.
