Description

The new 12mm lens from Venus Optics offers full frame and Vista Vision coverage with close to zero distortion and a FoV of 122 degrees. It also has the ability to focus super close to the subject, making it a versatile option for both professional cinema cameras and mirrorless cameras. The lens is available in PL or E mount and can be used with matte boxes by stepping up to 114mm which comes with this kit. This compact and lightweight lens is suitable for both large format and Super35 cameras, with the ability to fully cover sensors up to 44.7mm. It also boasts close-to-zero distortion, a unique wide and shallow DOF look, and a robust and professional cinema housing with standard 0.8 mod gears and a 270-degree focus throw.
