First of all, it's old/neglected. The memory card I expected wasn't provided. I ordered two Sachtler tripods, but only one arrived, and the other one was a poor, amateur tripod, leaving me in a difficult situation. It took a long time to reach them during the rental process, and they didn't offer a solution.

All equipment was checked prior to handover, and you confirmed you were happy to take the items. While we suggested collecting the larger memory card, you opted not to. The tripod was in full working order, including the fluid head functionality. When you messaged us, we responded as soon as it was safe to do so due to driving, and offered an alternative solution to support your shoot.
