Couldn't arrange a suitable pick up, made me drive 10miles just to tell me the item was unavailable last minute, then wasted hours of my time trying to arrange. In the end I didn't even get the item.

Hi Krishna, I’m very sorry I had misplaced the item and was unable to fulfill your rental. This was a one off and please accept my apologies for the error which affected you. I did offer a discount to collect the following day and meet half way but didn’t hear back so the rental was cancelled.
