I had an excellent experience renting two portable power stations from James. The entire process was smooth and professional, from making the booking to collection of the items. Communication was clear, quick, and everything was exactly as described. What stood out most was James’s understanding and flexibility. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to return the items on the agreed date. Rather than making it difficult, he was very accommodating and helped to find a practical solution, which I greatly appreciated. The power stations worked perfectly and were in excellent condition.
