Communication was clear, quick, and everything was exactly as described. What stood out most was James’s understanding and flexibility. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to return the items on the agreed date. Rather than making it difficult, he was very accommodating and helped to find a practical solution, which I greatly appreciated. The power stations worked perfectly and were in excellent condition. James was friendly, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. I would not hesitate to rent from him again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and helpful lender.

Absolutely brilliant service from James and his wife! We rented 2 portable battery packs for our cheer zone DJ setup at the Edinburgh Marathon and couldn’t be happier. They were both such lovely people and incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process. Communication was 10/10 from start to finish, making everything really easy and stress-free. The battery packs worked perfectly all day and we had zero complaints with the service. I’ll definitely be back for future outdoor DJ events and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent portable power equipment in and around Edinburgh!
